The great location, the beautiful decoration inside the hotel, the breakfast and the service. The bed in our superior room was awesome and the view and a small balcony to the Plaza Mayor was worth every cent!

From an amazingly welcoming check in - where they were able to point me to a Glutenfree app to make my stay even better to a perfect size room for a city trip. Great beds, nice decoration althrough. The location is perfect, in a great neighbourhood close to many sights. Yes, it's a lively street - so some noise can happen - but you can't have it all. The breakfast was delicious, freshmade pastries and juices. There was a nice glutenfree selection and I was helped by staff to identify what was glutenfree and what was not. My best friend and I had a marvelous stay
