Staff was amazing, upgraded our hotel room. In general everyone was very nice. Best service I received at a hotel stay. I left my jacket and when I came back for it they were able to get it for me extremely fast!

Thanks to the lovely front desk ladies Ari, Emily and especially Vany (as well as the manager lady!) for their warm welcome and help throughout and also a special thank you for making our check out as seamless and accomodating as possible by offering a very late super comfortable check out process in our suite after our amazing one week stay,so kind!! Concierge team consisting of Tiago, Mischa and Roger are also amazing and very thorough in their work and helping in the birthday organisation for my parents (also thansk to Yanina and Janira for helping with the prep and check out accomodation, super!!) all perfectly on time and very cinsiderate. Bellboys super helpful and professional, thanks Gabor. What a perfect stay, can't wait to stay at this perfect hotel and enjoy all the fantastic new and clean top quality facilities yet again, see you soon!!! 11/10 recommend. PS: The restaurant food is to die for.
