Perfect location close to everything. The staff are amazing so helpful and made our stay really special. They upgraded us to a mini suite which was lovely. The restaurant is fabulous. Can’t wait to come back

Booked a rokm at this hotel in the last minute on my way to Bilbao. The value for money is incredible! Beautfiful, comfortable, extremelly well located and a friendly staff. What else do you need? I highly reccomended it!

The hotel has everything you want in a luxury stay. The bedroom was well laid out with coffee and tea facilities and a fridge. The bathroom is separate from the bedroom and there’s plenty of storage. I loved the ambient lighting and the bed is very comfortable. The location is perfect for accessing all the sights of Bilbao with the river view and the Guggenheim next door. Lovely bar and seating areas in the hotel with great terrace for enjoying the view. Parking was fun!

A great hotel where everything went perfectly right from the start. From the friendly check in to the check out. I would like to mention the design of the hotel and its location - this is something for people who appreciate chic and comfort. The breakfasts and service at it were also very impressive and that too with the combination of the beautiful view from the terrace. In my opinion this is definitely the best hotel in the beautiful city of Bilbao
