Staff friendly and competent. Beds and linen were very pleasant, Temperataure at night was good for sleeping. Great bathroom. The breakfast buffet was excellent and extensive regardless if you are from Italy or Scandinavia. The staff filled the buffet up as soon as needed - without too much waste. The location was the best possible close to the cathedral i.e. central and despite the nightlife very quiet during the nights. You could easily walk to most sights. Many bars and restaurants just outside the door. Murcia is not over-touristed and waiters do not monger outside their restaurants. We would like to come again and recommend this hotel to good friends.

People in the reception were extremely nice and willing to help with all my requests. The room was clean and comfortable, and you have the option to pay for breakfast on the same day. The hotel is very well located in the center, with many restaurants and touristic places nearby (<10m)

I’m an extremely picky traveler, so when I say this place exceeded expectations, I truly mean it. RH Morthia is perfectly located—right in the center, close to all the bars and within walking distance of everything. You can’t beat the location. The room felt like something out of a five-star hotel: spotless, stylish, and super comfortable. From the marble bathroom to the thoughtful amenities like a toothbrush kit, comb, and body lotion—everything was just right. The mattress was incredibly comfy, and there was even a proper desk and chair setup. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the staff. I have to mention Laura and Javier—absolutely exceptional. They made me feel genuinely at home, something you rarely experience in larger city hotels. Their hospitality went above and beyond, especially during the major blackout across Spain while I was there. The way they handled it with calm and care was remarkable. I also want to thank Jose, who was there overnight, and Oksana in the morning—always smiling, warm, and welcoming. The whole team made a lasting impression. Honestly, I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Morthia. This hotel is more than just beautiful—it’s run by people who truly care. Thank you so much for such a memorable experience.

Very friendly personnel, tasty breakfast with a lot of choice, great private parking, tight like every in Spain, but Volvo v90 fitted anyway so not an issue. If I were have to visit Murcia again, I would not look for any other offers.
