Very friendly and helpful owners at the hotel. Small but comfortable room. We appreciated the bottles of water and sweets in our room every day. The courtyard was very pretty with all the plants and flowers and a lovely place to have breakfast. The breakfast buffet choice was good and we really enjoyed it.

We booked 2 rooms, and they upgraded our double room to a pool view and balcony.The rooms were very clean, they tidied up and cleaned the room every day.Soundproof rooms, there is an ironing room on the floor for those who want it.The hotel is at the other end of the city and is accessible by tram from the last stop of L3,The drive to the center takes about 35 minutes.Quick access to the highway A8, If you want to leave the city.We didn't use the pool but it's good to know it exists. There is a huge supermarket nearby so you can stock up on food of all kinds. The supermarket also includes clothing for those who get stuck.

Located 100 metres from the beach and 80 metres from Promenade des Anglais, ibis budget Nice Californie Lenval offers a 24-hour reception and air-conditioned rooms with a flat-screen TV.

1. The location couldn't have been better. On foot, we were less than 5 minutes away from the beach. A bakery and a tram station were directly opposite the hotel, both within a minute on foot. A decent number of restaurants were located within a 15-minute walk from the hotel 2. Very clean 3. The bed was comfortable 4. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were surprisingly spacious, definitely spacious enough for two people 5. The staff was friendly and made an effort to speak French slowly to us 6. The surrounding area felt safe 7. Nice room design and everything felt new. Nothing felt old-fashioned nor seemed worn down 8. The common lounge in the lobby was cozy and the vending machines with drinks and snacks were a welcome addition

Clean, new, cosy room. Very good location: 4 min walk to the tram line to the city center, 10 min walk to the airport Terminal 1. Smooth check in/out processes. Car park is easy.
