Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough for us. Rooms were clean, tidy, had Nespresso in the room for lovely coffee to start the day. Facilities were lovely and really relaxing communal areas. Really nice showers and having a separate toilet to the shower room was very welcome.

Location is great: it is right across the train station, reaching disneyland in 10 min and Paris in 30 min. Plenty of service around the hotel and a full shopping centre. The staff was super helpful and kind, very welcoming and the place is kid friendly, with dedicated area for them to be entertained. The room was very comfortable, the 4 bed was very spacious.
