Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough for us. Rooms were clean, tidy, had Nespresso in the room for lovely coffee to start the day. Facilities were lovely and really relaxing communal areas. Really nice showers and having a separate toilet to the shower room was very welcome.

The hotel and the territory surrounded is very comfortable. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Especially Ines. She was very detailed explaining the route to the city center, giving a lot of nice and helpful advices of what to do and not to do in Paris. Thank you very much Ines! You are the best welcome manager we ever met. Location is very good. 15 min walking distance from the metro station, 45 minutes to the city center, 5 min to the Disneyland Paris

Location was amazing with a nice view, food was terrific and very tasty. A truly amazing experience. Definitively coming back.

The hotel was very close to RER. The checkin took 5 minutes and was very polite and friendly. The room was spacious, sheets clean, bathroom supplied. And checkout at 12!! Perfect for a long day after Disneyland. Not to mention the value. We are coming again
