Comfy bed & pillows. Close to tube station, great shower, very clean & spacious for London, kettle in room, dinner & breakfast at restaurant was excellent. Was very quiet. Easy checkout. Easy to get from Heathrow via Piccadilly line (but does take time - no changes tho, which is good if you have a large suitcase). There is also a rail station which was great for me getting to North Yorkshire. Also lifts at station.

The chapter hotel is a beautiful set of buildings, 5 minutes from the Finsbury station, which is served by the night tube (friday and Saturday), the Thameslink, and the Great Northern train. It's a great station for quickly reaching any part of London. For example, reaching mile end (east london) is possible in less than an hour. Windsor castle is in the far west of greater london, but it's less than 2 hours from this station. The hotel is also next to a bus stop (about 1 minutes walk) that is served by the buses N29 and 29, which provide a 24 hour connection to and from central london (just 30 minutes from Soho). All in all, the transport options were perfect. The actual room was very spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. There was absolutely no dust even in high-up difficult places. Bathroom towels were changed every 2 days without any request. The area was described online as relatively rough, but after experiencing it late at night multiple times, I would say that it's pretty safe if you use your wits. London is a relatively safe city in general, as long as you're aware of pickpockets. The price was amazing as well. Staying at a 16-bed hostel in central london was more expensive, and with the great transport available, there is no reason to put yourself through that. This will be my first choice any time I visit London.

Charming hotel, brand new. In an excellent location. Quiet room, cafes nearby, supermarkets within walking distance and literally walking distance to the subway.

The place was amazing. Our room was clean and fully equipped. The owner was super nice and helped us a lot with every request. I would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended
