Despite the fact that this hotel is near the airport, soundproofing is at a very good level. All hotel staff is polite and always ready to help. Rooms are clean, spacious, and have a kettle. It is really easy to get from the city center to the hotel using either Jubilee line + DLR (Zone 3 ticket needed) or bus. There are some vending machines in the lobby. The breakfast was delicious.
