The hotel is extremely close to the arena and that was so convenient. The staff was nice and helpful, super clear with their explanations. Everything was perfectly clean, neat and exactly how I expected it to be. I would surely come back.

My son and I stayed here as part of a group from Canada. We want to thank the staff for all their hospitality. The location was perfect for us, a quick walk to Ilford Station and 30 min later we are in central London. We will bring our whole family to London soon - this time we will take the penthouse!
