First time travelling to London, we first stayed in another hotel, but it was lower than expectations. Then we booked this hotel which turned out to be an awesome, large, clean hotel. The stuff was super nice and professional, they also helped us to watch Arsenal match in the lobby. Breakfast was also pretty nice. Overall, great hotel.

The Resident Victoria, located just 300 metres from Buckingham Palace, offers close proximity to a selection of attractions, theatres and landmarks.

travelled for early Mother’s Day with my mum for 2 nights. perfect location for getting in from Gatwick to Victoria, yet still quiet at night. rooms have a kitchenette - a brilliant addition if you get in late and want to have food delivered! drinking water provided via britta filter tap in the kitchenette. lovely large bathroom with good shower. comfortable bed. the staff could not have been more helpful (shoutout to Jason) - every request was facilitated and everyone just so friendly. my mum is a light sleeper and room 401 was super quiet. could not fault it and will 100% be back next time in London!
