It was 2/3 minutes from the underground station. And close to convenient shops and restaurants. It was in a quiet area. No outside noise when window was closed in the room. Everything in the hotel was in working order and clean. Breakfast was delicious.

Hotel on the outskirts of London but in 15 minutes you can get to the center by metro. Very nice and clean, traditional English breakfast. I wanted to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the girls at the reception, especially Vivien and Lilia, who resolved everything for us very quickly and with excellent attention. It's good that the chain has employees like that.

Location was perfect for the work event I was attending Bed was extremely comfortable Staff were super friendly & helpful - they even allowed me to have a late check out which was much appreciated as I had a very late night!
