I liked the size of the room, the cleanliness and the kindness of the staff.

The Location was unbeatable! Just minutes from South Ken Station and lots of cafés and restaurants and the Museums! The Staff, especially Jerry The Doorman, were always smiling and super sweet. Rooms were really comfy and the complimentary mini bar was great too! A small touch like fresh milk and biscuits every day really meant a lot! The Double Glazed windows meant that even though we stayed on the ground floor, not a peep of the traffic came in (except maybe the odd Police siren). Overall it was a super enjoyable and comfortable experience staying at The Ampersand! Hope we get rooms when we come back in. June!!

Hotel’s location is perfect, close to Victoria station and Buckingham Palace. Plus, it’s situated in the quiet area. It is clean and the staff is nice and friendly.

The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We left feeling refreshed and happy, and we will definitely be returning to 2 Chesham in the future. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a top-quality stay!
