The staff were amazing. They made you feel valued on every level. Polite, Hardworking, Friendly and Caring. The facilities were great. The spa was lovely, the breakfast at Market Brasserie was delightful with so much choice and the Eighteen Sky Bar was truly luxurious. We didn't get the chance to try out the other restaurants but we definitely would have if possible The hotel is perfectly located with only a 5min walk to the O2 and Subway. While the hotel room was really wonderful too. Very clean and very tidy with great views.

Beautiful large room, immaculate throughout, fluffy robes, stunning indoors heated pool, amazing Afternoon Tea, polite and helpful staff, great range of high quality and well priced food choices, high spec gym, fantastic location just opposite the underground and with loads of restaurants and bars around. Great care for kids and a personalised welcome. Loved it.

Location, environment, service are excellent. The hotel staff was very helpful and warmth. When I left my phone in a taxi, the staff did their best to help me find it. Special thanks to Mr. Andrei Morari, Mr. Darius and Mr. Basal. When I checked out, I found that I had left something in the safe box. The staff kept it carefully for me until I went to get back it. In a word, it was a great hotel and I will stay here again next time I am in London.

The hotel is fantastic! Very neat & clean with spacious, lovely rooms. Big, comfortable beds. The staff are very friendly, helpful & welcoming. The location is great - super close to the London Bridge station. Breakfast was top quality, with a great selection. Good value for money & will definitely return.

Actual luxury and top service. Not shallow attempts to keep up with industry standards but widely OVER the standard for a hotel of this caliber. Plenty of small details from housekeeping that actually make you feel taken care of. I have never seen a better housekeeping service than the one here. The facilities are impressive and the rooms even more.
