The staff here are passionate, friendly and super helpful. You are treated like a VIP. The atmosphere is second to none - the pub is spectacular (incredible food) and the accommodations are bespoke and gorgeous. Everything has been considered to the tiniest detail. The shower is legendary!

Room was large and well appointed. Lobby is beautiful. Staff at the reception and the lady taking breakfast orders in the restaurant were very helpful and attentive. Location of the hotel is extremely convenient being just a few feet away from Swiss Cottage tube station.

Everything was really perfect Huge apartment with plenty of space and services for 2 families or a large group of friends. Conveniently located 3 minutes walking from Golders Green underground station and close by to Hampstead Heath and Camden Town , for the famous market and fantastic live music.
