The staff here are passionate, friendly and super helpful. You are treated like a VIP. The atmosphere is second to none - the pub is spectacular (incredible food) and the accommodations are bespoke and gorgeous. Everything has been considered to the tiniest detail. The shower is legendary!

The nicest staff i’ve ever met. We had a situation with a sick guest who needed paramedics, and the way the managers and staff handled the situation was amazing. The girls in the reception were the kindest receptionist i have ever met. The staff in the hotel made our trip rememberable!

The chapter hotel is a beautiful set of buildings, 5 minutes from the Finsbury station, which is served by the night tube (friday and Saturday), the Thameslink, and the Great Northern train. It's a great station for quickly reaching any part of London. For example, reaching mile end (east london) is possible in less than an hour. Windsor castle is in the far west of greater london, but it's less than 2 hours from this station. The hotel is also next to a bus stop (about 1 minutes walk) that is served by the buses N29 and 29, which provide a 24 hour connection to and from central london (just 30 minutes from Soho). All in all, the transport options were perfect. The actual room was very spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. There was absolutely no dust even in high-up difficult places. Bathroom towels were changed every 2 days without any request. The area was described online as relatively rough, but after experiencing it late at night multiple times, I would say that it's pretty safe if you use your wits. London is a relatively safe city in general, as long as you're aware of pickpockets. The price was amazing as well. Staying at a 16-bed hostel in central london was more expensive, and with the great transport available, there is no reason to put yourself through that. This will be my first choice any time I visit London.

I liked the comfort of the room with all the facilities, the washroom was amazing, all good, the reception was fast and easy to make check in/out. Also close to a metro station. I highly recommend NOX.

I loved the comfortable beds (best ones I ever slept in, even more comfortable than my bed at home). The restaurant has great food and drinks and the staff is super friendly and helpful! And I looooved barhopping in Camden and then just walk home! I would say you get more than your money's worth!
