the room was very comfortable. there was a mini fridge, tea, a coffee machine, and all necessary toiletries and a hair dryer. we were welcomed by hannah who was so lovely and amazing to deal with. fresh cookies were delivered to us shortly after we arrived. our bags were taken to our rooms and we could explore the area until check in, which was an hour earlier than stated! the bed was comfortable. the air con in the room was a life saver, kept us lovely a cool. overall, i could not recommend the bull & last more. we will definitely stay again if ever back in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at The Chapter Hotels – Finsbury Park! The location is excellent, just a short 5-minute walk from the correct tube exit, making it very convenient for getting around London. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and everything ran smoothly, including the housekeeping service. We also had complete privacy throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The room was well-equipped and clean, and while the double bed was a bit on the smaller side for us (we’re both above-average in size), it was still a cozy and comfortable stay. Another great perk is the nearby budget-friendly stores like Lidl and Iceland, making it easy to grab anything you need. A special mention for Finsbury Park, which is just around the corner. While it becomes very lively at night (luckily, the hotel is far enough that no noise reaches inside), during the day, it's a great spot to explore. The park has a small lake, friendly squirrels, and even outdoor fitness equipment available for everyone. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we’d happily return!

The staff made sure i was booked into a room that suited my needs. Lasttime I stayed that did not happen. I greatly appreciated their assistance. Facilities were great in the room. Excellent security.

I stayed here with my brothers in a family room, we were going to a gig at the Roundhouse so the location was ideal also very close to the tube station. The room was comfortable as were the beds. It was nice and clean and plenty of teas, coffee and water. The staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again.
