SwitzerlandI am not afraid to say this is the best Hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything was perfect, as you expect to see from the pictures. The experience is sublime, from the glass of Champagne at the Check In, to the room, the bar and beyond.
Room was very gracious and a bit bigger if compared to London City Centre standards. Top quality facilities (from GHD hairdryer to the Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary pods and a beautiful Seletti kettle. Complimentary water and Coca-Cola (among other) are in the room at the check in. It was also very nice to find a handwritten card to welcome you in the room, which came along with some fresh macaroon. Staff is impeccable and they are there to fulfil every needing and wishes. Location is of course one of the top feature of the place (in less than one minute walking you're in Oxford Street). Will come back for sure.

CanadaI found this hotel to be very inviting and warm and the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. It was a lovely place to come back to at the end of the busy day. Every single person who works at this hotel was amazing. Our room was lovely and overlooked the garden. I would come back again, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Love it! It's an attraction both for children and adults! Beautiful unique animals. You can see that staff are very responsible taking care for each and every creature. There is also A section for butterflies flying freely, you must visit it. I recommendGuest review bySharonaUnited States - 10.0

Excellent day out. Long walk from Regent's Place through the park if you have kiddies. Better to hop a bus that drops you outside the door. Spend all day here - don't try to cram it into a couple of hours. As a former US zookeeper, I have to say that it was clear that care of the animals, not "business" is the priority. I applaud them for that! Most, exhibits were large, clean & natural looking with an abundance of hiding places for the animals and access to their sleeping quarters. Never saw the lions but the exhibit must be wonderful for them. There is however is a deciduous tree on the far elevated side that looks like it could be used for escape (or entry), if desired, as it looks to extend over the cement habitat wall.
