The hotel was lovely it is very comfortable and clean. the staff were very helpful. Complimentary coffee and pastries in the reception is a great idea. ideal place to stay for the arena and shopping.

Excellent stay, everything brand new, very clean, really comfortable beds and lots extra little luxuries provided. Hosts very friendly and quick to help on phone with a couple of little things we weren’t sure about because all so new, and they have already sorted for the next visitors. Location very good for us on a very quiet side street in North Leeds, enabling us to pick up our son from Leeds station then set off early driving further north.
