My partner and I were over from Australia and staying at the Crowne when we were visiting Northern England. The rooms were very clean, and the facilities were great. The buffet breakfast was really good, and also convenient. When we checked in the girl on the front desk (Jamilla I believe?) was incredibly friendly and helpful, and just displayed all round great customer service. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone that’s looking.

I haven't had a better customer service experience in years! They couldn't help you more and always with a smile. We arrived late due to traffic and they bent over backwards to wait for us and make sure we were checked in quickly. Marcus and gino were exceptional and its rare to find people like this in hospitality anymore. The location is perfect and the rooms were an incredible standard. Thank you
