The rooms were lovely and carefully restored maintaining the charm of the property. Facilities and amenities were excellent. The property has a lovely bar area with a gas fire which adds to the charm, there is a lot of green surrounding the property (close to Woburn Abbey). We had a 80th birthday reception/ luncheon and the food and attention to detail was most excellent. We had a fabulous time, thank you Kim and your staff!

The breakfast was amazing and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The pub served great drinks at a good price and generally had a really nice atmosphere. Only a 20 min walk to centre of Uxbridge
