The rooms were lovely and carefully restored maintaining the charm of the property. Facilities and amenities were excellent. The property has a lovely bar area with a gas fire which adds to the charm, there is a lot of green surrounding the property (close to Woburn Abbey). We had a 80th birthday reception/ luncheon and the food and attention to detail was most excellent. We had a fabulous time, thank you Kim and your staff!

The staff were super friendly and helpful from the minute I walked through the door. My job had been cancelled and I arrived early and they made me feel welcome, sat me on their sofa in reception, and kept me company while my room was made up. They kindly let me check in hours earlier and wouldn't accept any additional payment. Beautiful and spotless hotel too - they should be so proud of the property and the personal service they offer travellers.
