The staff were fantastic. The hairdryer stopped working and we phoned reception. Within a minute we had a replacement. Breakfast, lots of choice. Bus just outside and close to underground.

Location was amazing to get to the o2 & for doing the london eye. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was to much of a problem Also very comfortable stay.
