My stay at the Milestone Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The professionalism of the staff truly stands out — every team member, especially the concierges, was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making the stay comfortable and smooth. Their attention to detail and warm approach made all the difference. The hotel itself is spotless. From the lobby to the rooms, everything is impeccably clean and efficiently maintained, giving a sense of comfort and luxury the moment you walk in. You can clearly see the care and pride the team takes in keeping the property in top condition. Another highlight is the location. A walking distance from all the central spots , just overlooking the beautiful Kensington Park, lots of coffee shops around the corner. Many shops and close to everything. Overall, the Milestone Hotel offers outstanding service, cleanliness, and comfort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refined and hassle-free experience.

Great facilities and lovely new building

The staff here are passionate, friendly and super helpful. You are treated like a VIP. The atmosphere is second to none - the pub is spectacular (incredible food) and the accommodations are bespoke and gorgeous. Everything has been considered to the tiniest detail. The shower is legendary!

The staff are delightful and Ann the house manager made us feel at home. Nothing was a problem and everyone was very helpful
