Friendly and helpful staff, rooms were decorated very nicely and modern, we were stopping for a short city break for our minimoon and the staff even wrote us a little congratulations welcome note which was a nice touch. Breakfast was fantastic with a good choice of English and Continental options. Being in the city centre was great and easy to walk around and get to places.

Really helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were nice and tidy. Bigger than we thought! The location is a huge selling point with everything just around the corner. When you closed the windows they literally canceled out all the noise from the street below. Nice with a smart TV.

We stayed overnight for my partners birthday as we'd already stayed at the hotel and knew the beds were comfy. When booking the hotel I mentioned it was my partners birthday and they decorated the room perfectly with Swan towels, rose petals and little balloon. Would definitely recommend as room was big enough and had everything you needed including hair dryer and clothes steamer. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying again in the future.
