The hotel is located at the beginning of Havlabar historical district, near Europe Square and Metekhi Monastery. The street of the hotel is very calm and quiet. A view of Kur river and Narikala fortress opens from the window. From the hotel you can walk to all the sights of the city. The morning breakfast is of high quality. The furnishings of the rooms are very high quality and comfortable. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The staff is exceptionally kind, every day the rooms were cleaned, tea, coffee, water, sugar were put. The car was parked in the inner courtyard of the hotel. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Tbilisi.

Amazing service, staff, receptionist and overall room/experience. They prepared our suite for our wedding preparations and gave us one complementary breakfast. The room is very clean and everything we asked for has exceeded our expectations. Room has a bathtub, separate shower, bidet spray, hairdryer, TV with YouTube. Breakfast is very good. Will definitely visit again.

The apartment is cozy and very comfortable. The host, Albert, is extremely attentive and polite. The apartment has everything you need for daily living — there was even salt and sugar provided. The apartment is located near Avlabari metro station and the Holy Trinity Cathedral of Georgia, and it is no more than a 20-minute walk from the city center. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

The place is very clean and well maintained. Both the bedrooms have attached bathrooms with 24 hour running hot water. There is also a small but very well equiped kitchen. The location is absolutely amazing with the Ryke park and Bridge of Peace at 5 mins walk as well as the Avlabari metro station at 5 mins. But the best part about this property is the host. I am convinced that Inga is the most warm and welcoming person in whole of Georgia. She even cooked amazing Georgian food for us one evening! Can not recommend this place enough.

The hotel staff was very friendly, the room was large, clean and comfortable and the shower was really good. The hotel is conveniently located close to Avlabari metro station (around 5 min walk) and the old town (10 min walk). Also there are shops and markets nearby.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff and the owner were extremely polite and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. The location is perfect—within easy walking distance of Avlabari Metro Station, Freedom Square, the Narikala ropeway, and Metekhi Church. Overall, a great place to stay in Tbilisi!

Owner, Mamuka, is super friendly! Even though we don’t speak Georgian, Russian and Italian, we managed to share a bit of life (on wine / travel tips) via translation apps. He even gave us some Georgian wine to try! Only stairs to access the room but not a big problem for us. Conveniently located that only 5-min walk to Avlabari metro station where you can find buses to Yerevan / many other places. Nice fruit shops downstairs.
