I really enjoyed my stay at Makmani; I arrived at 10 am and at the reception were so kind to offer me directly the access to my room, that was equipped with everything you need and very clean. I would like to mention how great is the breakfast too. Last but not least the receptionists I have met were extremely kind, nice and helpful.

Freedom Square and entire Tbilisi is full of thieves. I’ was on a visit with my family in this beautiful country, Georgia. After our early dinner in Tbilisi, me, my wife and my 8 year old son were walking on Shota Rustavali Ave street outside Galleria Mall. All of sudden, out of nowhere, I was attacked by the group of 10-15 kids (around 12-16 years old). They all tried to grab my wallet, mobile, and my personal belongings. Not a single person walking on the street intervened😡 I tried to push them back, but they all were coming in the group. Finally after 2-3 minutes drama, one kid took my hand glove thinking that they took my wallet and they all ran away. Later, one lady from that group followed us till freedom square. Real story starts now, at the freedom square, I approached police who were sitting in their car. As soon as the lady saw that, she disappeared. Surprisingly, police told me that they can not take the action as they were some other duty and advised me to go to the police station. Police also told me to react in a polite way with those kids if they try to do this again and request them not to do so😂😂😂 I must say that the street is not at all safe for Asian and Arabs. Very disappointing and disturbing experience. We will never visit this place again.

Location is good, not far from the Freedom square. The staff was very courteous and helpful especially at the reception desk. There is a very good Indian Restaurant name Khushi, which serves one of the best Indian food in Tblisi, just diagonally opposite this hotel. Also there is a big super market Carrefour, walking distance from the hotel. Also next to this property is a Casino which is in the Hotel Ambassadori Tblisi.

I liked everything about this hotels It is extremely well located, just a short walk distance from the beautiful Freedom Square. The hostel is always clean, its staff is very kind (especially, Jeannely!) and you've got your private space while enjoying two nice common areas as well. I'd definately like to come back!

Very Esthetically designed one bed room apartment with all the amenities that a tourist family required during their stay. No complaints about the property. Berta, the care taker is very kind towards the property guests and took good care of them. The property is situated in the old Tblisi and a walk away from all the historical monuments and attractions. The freedom square is close by and restaurents in every corner. I recommend this property for family travellers.

Superbly located, right by Freedom Square with a great, vibrant surrounding area. Most things are within walking distance of the property - restaurants, bars, cafes, shops. Easy access, really nice comfy apartment and Lilli was really helpful. Absolutely loved it.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — just a short 3-minute walk to Freedom Square, and the Old Town is right nearby in the opposite direction. The room was small but very cozy, modern, and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was excellent and served at a very convenient time for a relaxing holiday (from 09:00 to 11:00). Special thanks to Lika and Lasha for their kindness and warm hospitality — they truly made a difference.
