I had an excellent stay at this hotel thanks to the outstanding hospitality provided by the staff. The service was top-notch and the atmosphere was welcoming from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great stay with an exceptional team. I’ll definitely be returning!

I come to Irmisa regularly and I’m always happy with the room, service and kind and helpful staff. The location is also very convenient for me.

At 9 PM, we were greeted by a sleeping receptionist. It took a while to wake him up, and he couldn’t quite understand what we needed at first. The situation was complicated by the fact that he didn’t speak English or Russian—or perhaps he’d simply forgotten them in his groggy state. He handed us the key but didn’t escort us or explain where our room was located. It turned out that room 207 wasn’t on the second floor, as one might expect. We had to find it on our own, which was challenging since I was holding a 1.5-month-old baby. The room itself was perfect. It was clean, beautifully furnished, with a stunning view from the window. There was a rain shower, the plumbing was in excellent condition, and slippers and towels were provided. There was also a minibar. However, it was quite hot, as the heating was on full blast. We ended up using the air conditioner during the night. In the morning, we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast and encountered friendly restaurant staff. Despite the rocky start to our stay, I give it an excellent rating!

The best bed I ever slept in. The reception and all staff members are absolutely great and helpful. It was such a pleasure to stay there and it is not far in the City Center. We will def be back.
