Everything was beyond excellent. From the buffet, to the comfort of the beds, to the amenities for children, to the smallest design touches, and the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff.

The audio tracks in the headphones, in at least 4 of the...

The audio tracks in the headphones, in at least 4 of the languages, are written for 2 voices, yet are lectured by a single voice, which makes it funn but not always in a good way. An AI reading tool would do it for free, with much better result, since at least in some buses those voices are not native speakers of those languages. Because is not same offer in all buses, some offer you more languages than others. But the most annoying thing is that the bus stops are not properly signaled, so if one wants to walk between to stops (as opposed to hoping off and on in the same stop), they will not know the location and the departure hour of the buses, in other stops. Also, when you hop off, they say "be back here in 30 min" but you arrive 3 minutes before only to see the bus already leaving the stations. Very, very annoing. Not to mention the poor technical state of the audio connections in somw buses, many not wprking at all or working on one channel or with no volume control etc.

    It's so complicated.

It's so complicated. Do not have tickets for turist like a tourist card or city card for few days. Most drivers are polite and helpful. Not use goggles map to navigate or recommendations for line, use official application. Some lines just do not show up. Tickets are cheap. Most people don't buying tickets even has ATM machines inside. We had a situation where the driver stopped the bus and forced all the passengers out because a woman accidentally spilled her coffee and that's why he didn't want to drive on. Some of bus are electric. In some mono can't buy ticket, not have machine. For Greece it's the best take one car or renta car.
