Excellent. I had a guide who pointed out things you may not have known. My guide was also related to the person who did the research of all the names on the memorial wall. Modern and informative but unless you're Jewish I wouldn't bother. The staff was aggressively unpleasant. A guard made a special trip inside to kick me out of a plastic chair where I was waiting for my wife to finish (and then pulled a rope across the alcove). I also saw them eject an old man (a genuine cripple with a cane) from a different chair. They kicked two sets of people out of the entry for talking too loud. My wife was more sympathetic to the staff; she found the visitors so annoying that she thought the attitude of the staff was understandable.Guest review byFonetixManUnited States
