We liked the way we were met from our taxi from the airport by a member of staff who took care of our bags and lead to the reception. While we were in reception with Olga, who was very informative about Santorini, our bags were taken to our suite. The breakfast was great, so much choice, order the day before and see it brought to your suite at the time you wish in the morning. The views from the suites are to die for over the Caldera. Especially from the plunge pool at the Moonstone suite (the suite I stayed in). The suite itself was very spacious, well equipped, a comfy super king bed and great shower room. Olga and her team were only too happy to help in any way they could. A big thank you to them.

The staff were truly dedicated to their customers, doing everything they could to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast and location were also fantastic. Honestly, there was nothing to complain about. We simply enjoyed our stay at Porto Fira immensely!
