The expanse, location, cleanliness, helpful staff

Our stay in the Dubrovnik palace Hotel was outstanding - the hotel is located in a quiet location with stunning views of the sea and nearby islands. The room was very spacious and modern, and all the staff were very nice and polite - the restaurant team, the spa team, receptionists team and the assistant in the gift shop. We travelled during November and stayed for a week, when the weather was sunny and around 20C, and it was the perfect time - the indoor jacuzzi spa and the outdoor heated jacuzzi spa were always available to use, no crowds, and it was great to relax with views to the sunset. There were several groups of tourists staying for the night or business conferences. Hotel is Beach Lapad area, but is very easy to reach Dubrovnik old town in 10’ by public bus or taxi. Also, if you want to do day trips to Bosnia or Montenegro, organised tour agencies can pick you up in the hotel entrance. 100% recommended

Staff were too kind and helpful, always smiling and showing careness, location is near Dubrovnik port and you can take few buses to old town, very clean , and breakfast was very good. 10/10 no doubts

Breakfast was great and hours of breakfast was perfect. Hotel was a bit far from Old Town BUT the bus service worked well and was steps from the property. Overall excellent!

Nice hotel on amazing location with lots of things to do inside the hotel. We got room upgrade, we loved comfortable beds, huge terrace, great indoor pool and spa center. Everything was exceptional. We will return!
