Great place! Wayan was an amazing host, very helpful, from arranging the fast boat and taxi to getting our laundry done, she was superb. Beautifully maintained gardens and a large pool with freshly made breakfast everyday was huge bonus. Close to Dream beach, mushroom Bay and sandy bay, with loads of great restaurants very near by. Definitely recommend and will be back!

Beach acces is very steep incline to the water.

Beach acces is very steep incline to the water. Ocean quite rough even though behind a reef. No good for surfing, too shallow on the reef. Nice view and photo spot from Dream Beach Club. $5AUD to swim in the infinity pool including towel and to use the facilities, have lunch etc.

Really wonderful place to stay. The location is ideal with easy access to dream beach and mushroom beach. The property is beautifully maintained and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. Bathroom was one of the best we’ve had in Bali. Ketut and her family were really hospitable and made us feel so welcome. They helped organise a private snorkelling trip and offer bike rentals for a very reasonable price. We would recommend this place to everyone and would with a shadow of doubt stay here again.

The staff were very nice and attentive, the accommodation is lovely, set in pretty grounds with a great pool. Very close to Dream beach that is stunning (and my fav place on the island), also close to Devils Tears. We rented a scooter from the host and toured the whole island ourself, which was nice. Lovely chilled stay at Niti, would return.

Beautiful place, decent size clean pool with sunbeds and parasols. Ensuite huts with Aircon, lockers, table, chair and mirror in room, balcony with soft seats and table. Pillow and thick mattress so comfy. Free breakfast and whole area cleaned daily. Great location for me, 1km walk to Mushroom beach one direction and 1km walk the other direction to Dream Beach and Devils Tear and Sunset Point. Pande is an excellent host, it was lovely to see you again.

This is my second stay at this hotel. The Dream Beach right below the hotel is absolutely stunning, with huge waves. However, since I'm traveling with a kid, I don't dare to go into the sea, so we can only play with sand and take a dip in the swimming pool. The scenery is so beautiful, and that's why I'm here for the second time.

Absolutely loved this place! Tucked away in a calm, relaxed part of the island, 2 min walk from Dream beach and devils tear. It was the perfect spot to unwind. With only three rooms, it felt intimate and personal – more like staying with family than at a hotel. The host family went above and beyond to arrange everything and made us feel truly at home. Highly recommend! It was our favorite place in the 2week+ trip.
