Location is central, next to Chinatown and close to the originally Dutch old town (Kota Tua). Chinatown starts right at the back of the hotel and it is walkable to the central square of Kota Tua. We were upgraded to better rooms and they were really spacious and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. The hotel seemed extremely clean and not particularly worn out. Sound proofing of windows is decent (we even stayed during Ramadan). Transportation to and from the airport is easy enough, price with the Bluebird taxi app only about 10 EUR.

Our 3rd time staying here now. Our go to hotel when we need to stop in Jakarta between travels. Close to train station and just a good location overall. Super friendly staff. Room is always clean and very comfortable bed.
