The room met all our expectations - it was well-appointed, clean, and truly felt like a home away from home. The overall ambience of the hotel resonates with beauty and serenity, making it a perfect getaway for those seeking calm. What truly set our stay apart were the wonderful staff, especially the ladies at the reception. A big shout out to Isma, Fina, Cha, and Xuni. Their unwavering dedication, kindness, and prompt assistance in every matter were exemplary. They genuinely cared about our comfort and ensured our stay was memorable. We enjoyed the hotel a lot! It's a great price as well - the location is excellent and the staff amazing, especially Ovan. They even cooked us breakfast in the morning we left to the airport at 5am! The hotel is beautiful and we are definitely coming back - so worth it!
