The true definition of luxury : This hotel is very spacious, extremely calm (which for Delhi is unconventional), restaurants are excellent, staff is the best (front desk, room service people I had the chance to interact with were extremely helpful and kind), services are very high end (beautiful spa, great pool, modern gym). Every corridor is set as an exhibition of paintings, etchings and old furnitures, so you can just wonder around and basically discover something new every day :) Basically the best place to stay in Delhi.

The check in process was smooth.Karan did an amazing job in checking us in. We travelled from Sri Lanka with 3 small kids and arrived at the Hotel in the evening- we were taken straight to our room and had a complimentary upgrade. The 2 night experience was simply superb.
