Review: This was our first time in India as Europeans, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice to stay at The Imperial Hotel! From the moment we landed to the time we departed, the staff went above and beyond to help us navigate this beautiful yet chaotic city. The taxis provided by the hotel were top-notch, the room was fantastic, and every single restaurant exceeded our expectations. Location was excellent, breakfast as well. The staff are very welcoming. I want to thank specially Latika at Bonvoy desk for her kindness's. She was just amazing! Also I have to thank the door person who went all the way to repair our luggage without being asked.
