This is one of the best hotel i ever stayed. Below the hotel is a shopping mall and the hotel is wonderful with great facilities and breakfast. Staff were extremely friendly and pleasant. Service is world class!!

We stayed for 10 nights - and it was exceptional stay - from receptions desk u will be greeted with people that care about u and ur stay - Lawrence - Peter and 3 more receptionists that make sure ur stay will be wonderful – one of the receptionists even helped in on ordering our dinners every night just to make sure our stay is comfortable. Absolutely unforgettable - hotels room are ok not too big but for 1-2 people are good - shower has everything u need - room has quit air condition and cable tv with lots of movies and an exceptional breakfast with eggs to ur likings - fruit - flakes - some pastries - tea - coffee - espresso - cappuccinos so u are almost covered regarding the buffet at breakfast. All I want to say is thank you very much for your help always - especially Raju who will be there to help u in whatever u need to go around the city with ease - thanks Raju it was a pleasure meeting you And thank you everyone else who made sure our stay was excellent.

Very relaxed atmosphere. Not stuffy at all as some 5 star hotels can be. Staff was excellent. Courteous, attentive and efficient. My room was spotless. Plenty of towels, which was wonderful. Very receptive to my request not to have my room cleaned for the 4 nights I was there. My room was spacious with a full sea view (Executive Ocean View Room) on the 31st floor.
