This has been a truly exceptional stay in the ITC Grand Central. I need to think for long to remember a hotel which matched the level of service, that I enjoyed. From front office during check-in through the service team in the restaurants to the room service and concierge - first class. The quality and wide range of choice of the breakfast buffet is a guarantee for a good start into your day. For the evening hours I enjoyed a beer in the Dublin, an homage to a UK-style pub. And - if I may add that - the quality of the beds and bed linen is special and means to sleep like in n Abraham's Bosom :) Thanks for your service !

Location is wonderful. Staff, especially Abhishek from the Breakfast Restaurant made it so memorable for me. Wonderful afternoon tea and cocktail hour. Room overlooking the Sea feels very serene.
