Everything! The staff is very kind and nice! Special thanks to Savo Vulevic who helped me with many issues during my stay , always helpful and doing everything so easy and with the smile, but still very professional! I would also like to thank to Monica , she was also always extremely kind and friendly. The room was clean, cosy and I felt like at home. All the facilities you need for a pleasant stay you will find it in hotel Viu for sure!

The whole place was clean and organized, didn’t have too much decorations or anything else. The beds were super comfy, with enough pillows. The mini fridge was free and re stocked every day (that absolutely surprised me) and we had a kettle with coffee and small snacks available. Also, there is a room outside with a machine to re fill your water if you have a water bottle and are going out. They gave each one of us a free welcome drink at the bar and discount on their restaurant. The staff were very nice and helpful at all times.

The hotel is truly impressive! From its prime location to its stunning architecture and thoughtful design, everything is top-notch. The breakfast was delightful, and dinner at the restaurant was exceptional.

The hotel is near the railway station, the location is good. The receptionist welcomed us with passion. Because we were in the honeymoon trip, she upgraded our room for free. Very warm service!
