My parents, who do not speak any foreign language, were staying in the accommodation. Claudia was incredibly helpful. The accommodation was amazing according to my parents, everything was new and clean. Great location from where it is very close to the sights. Claudia regularly asked if everything was ok, advised where to restaurant, where the best ice cream was etc. Great accommodation which I can only recommend.

The location is great , beautiful and staff very helpful and friendly . Delicious breakfast with fruits everyday . Stored our luggage after we checked out and allowed us to use the guest lounge . Called taxi for us and gave us directions to points of interests . Thank you to all staff. Would stay here again .

We got an exceptional welcome from Sveta (Lucia) in the hotel. We never experienced such a personal and heartwarming reception in any of the hotels in Rome and around the world we stayed in the past. Sveta helped us with every small detail including preparing plentiful packed breakfast for our early departure in the morning and arriving early to help us with the taxi to the airport. The best treatment ever and we felt like we stayed at the welcoming family home. Definitely recommend Domus Terenzio as an ultimate accommodation in Rome and will stay there again next times. Everything. Smooth checkin and way property was explained by bell boy shows their care for their patrons. While in Rome we lost our pouch and hotel management was friendly enough to understand our situation and help us. Very near to food places and 30 min scenic walk to most historic place.
