Beautiful building, really nicely refurbished. The terrace out the back is amazing for watching the sunset over the Tuscan hills. Parking was a massive bonus in this location. It’s in a perfect location 5minutes walk from all the main sites, but at the same time is really quiet. The breakfast was great and the staff were really helpful.

we had a great stay at the hotel. clean and quiet rooms in the center of the old town. the staff / the owners are really nice and welcoming. They organised and reserved our dinner reservations and gave us many good information/ advise for things to do / places to go.

Giacomo was so friendly and helpful, as was the rest of the staff. View was amazing. Breakfast was great. Easy distance from city centre, withing walking distance but very easy bus route into town.

We arrived to Pisa by train and had about 10 minutes to walk through the city. Small place no need for public transportation. The hotel is all new, rooms are posh, beds and shower great breakfast was perfect, the lady did coffee on order :)
