This location is like an Oasi in the middle of Palermo. The garden is a dream and the complex was a pleasure for the eyes. The breakfast was a dream, the pastries and the salty treats were unforgettable. I would definitely will return, i left my heart there.

Everything was absolutely perfect: the room, the service, the spa, the massage (thanks Floriana!), the amenities, the gym, the restaurant! This dinner surprised us a lot! We had no idea how good it would be. We had fish and steak - both FABULOUS - and the chef gave us amuse bouche and dessert. Would recommend to everyone.

This Hotel was fantastic. They accommodated an early check after a long overnight flight and gave us complimentary breakfast on arrival. Very helpful front desk. Breakfast was great. Room and bathroom was larger than expected. We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Et Des Palmes. Busy outside but very relaxed and calm when stepping into hotel.

Everyting was like paradaise including beds, pillowes and spa. Very good position for exploring Palermo, amaizing restaurat a few step away, with best pizza. Very nice people - big work was done here in interesting historical building. We wish Palermo, beautifull city, to have more people like these owners. We all will come again soon.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable. The rooms were spotless and cozy, and the location was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience – I can’t wait to come back!
