The staff were absolutely helpful, flexible and very very kind. They did alot of ekstra for us! They were always smiling. Fransesco from the bar, helped us with our extra wishes, and were also very kind 👌 The breakfast covered everything we wished for in a nice enviroment with a view.

Hotel Lancaster is set in a central but tranquil area of Milan, just a 15-minute walk from the city centre. Each room is air conditioned and has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

Very friendly staff; they just made every day better with a little joke always smiling helping me when I had lost something in my room. Very good location to 3 torri and rest of Milan via metro.
