location was great ,staff on reception were really helpful regarding transport to places we wished to visit and restaurant recommendations were all very good ,staff were always friendly when we were going in or out of the hotel .

it is very clean, comfortable hotel in Genua, very closed to station Genova Brignole. The breakfast is excellent, staff cindly.

This is by far the best hotel in Genova! A beautifully restored Palazzo with great attention to detail…..Everything is done with impeccable taste and quality. The staff are attentive, personable and make your stay extremely comfortable! The two reception staff are especially fantastic!!! If your budget allows, I would highly recommend staying at Palazzo Durazzo!
