A truly magical stay — like living in a Florentine palace! This hotel exceeded all our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk from the city center, yet tucked away in a quiet and elegant part of Florence. The atmosphere is stunning: soaring ceilings, beautifully preserved architecture, and refined decor that makes you feel like you’re stepping into history. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. We’ve never encountered such warm, kind, and genuinely caring people — their hospitality is on another level. The room was spotless and spacious, the breakfast delicious, and the entire experience felt both luxurious and welcoming. If you’re looking for an authentic, charming, and elegant place to stay in Florence — Palazzo Ridolfi is the one. Highly recommended!

The location was excellent. We had a very spacious room with 2 balconies overlooking the river and Ponte Vecchio. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was great too.

A great hotel, in a strategic location, on the Arno river, next to the Vecchio bridge, meters from the Uffizi Gallery, the Fountain of Neptune, Piazza Duomo, etc...Always kind and smiling staff, both at reception and at breakfast, and the hall for breakfast is impressive with its painted ceiling, varied and delicious breakfast. We were accommodated in a spacious and very stylish wooden ceiling apartment in the Orafi Tower, with a comfortable bed and cozy duvets. I highly recommend the hotel, I would come back again. Thank you for everything Hotel degli Orafi!!!
