Cozy hotel, relatively spacious and clean. There is also coffee machine at the public area to grab some hot chocolate or milk for breakfast. Supermarket, tram stations, and also several restaurants nearby. Around 2km walk to Duomo, less than 20min by tram or bus. Elevator all the way and no need to climb stairs at all so very friendly for those with heavy luggages.

I was upgraded to a junior suite and it was absolutely beautiful. Nice and comfortable bed and great space for enjoying the space. I got roomservice one evening and the salad was super fresh. The service at the hotel is amazing and the decor is beautiful. The breakfast buffet was amazing too. Loved all of it. Will stay here again.
