Location is perfect. So close to bus stop and very easy to go to old city. Also Barbara helps you to get the bus tickets :) You can park your car in the parking space and there is a gas station next to the hotel. Lidl is acroos the road. Rooms are a little bit small but you do not need to spend your time in the room because there is a lovley garden to rest . Barbara gives you all the info you need about your stay and very helpful and friendly.

Location is good there station to go in Venice in 4 minutes. It’s easy to get in Venice in 40 minutes maybe max. Room was clean and comfortable.

This is the perfect place to stay for a visit to Mestre-Venezia. We were on motorcycles and they could as well offer us a small garage. It was very easy to take a tram or bus to Venezia. And the staff was very helpful to sell ticket. No rush, just fun.
