Exceptional, very clean, hotel staff were very helpful, especially ahmad and osama, they were very caring for my wife and I from the first moment we arrived and became even more caring and accommodating when we told them she is pregnant, gave us great advice about visiting Petra given her situation . location was perfect. Raja at the front desk not only efficiently handled the check-in process but also took the time to explain all the amenities and services available at the hotel. The attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable were truly commendable. They were always willing to answer my questions and provide helpful recommendations on places to visit in the city. Their passion for their work and genuine interest in guest satisfaction made a significant difference in my experience. Hosaifa, on the other hand, was always attentive. His friendly attitude and professionalism were exceptional. He was constantly attentive to my needs and asking if I needed anything. I was very kindly welcomed by Firas and his colleague. They recommended me stuff and they took plenty of their time to explain me Petra, Jordan and the culture. We had long discussions about anything! I have never ever had such a good hotel experience! And I stayed at 5 star hotels like Hyatt before!
