This hotel is excellent for a your next day flight. It offers a very efficient shuttle from Narita to the hotel. The room were spacious and comfortable. Perfect for family travel. The hotels restaurant options were pretty good. It has a small convenience store inside the hotel for anything you might need. The staff very friendly and very helpful.

Perfect location if you are a planespotter. During the booking we have agreed the room with view to Narita airport runway 16R and the room allocated for us was absolutely great - highest possible floor and perfect view for watching the airplanes. The room had everything we needed for the comfortable stay and was spacious enough. Cleanliness was perfect. We'll definitely stay here again on out next visit to Narita.

We stayed here just because of the airport, but Narita ended up being one of our favorite places of our trip. It's hard to find the small town, lost in time vibe Narita has to offer. Being able to experience the sprawling temple grounds without crowds was a treat. Hotel MyStay was great and we loved the free shuttle service.

Location location location is excellent, literally in the basement of the Narita airport terminal 2 - that I could simply put on my jacket on top of the hotel gown to drop my friend for her flight - a unique privilege indeed. It's a nice clean hostel style facility with sleeping pods, showers and bathrooms. They give you everything like towels and even a nice gown. The shower head was extraordinary 👌👌
